A DOG FRIENDLY PUB IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE ?
Providing your dog is on a lead and is reasonably well
behaved you are welcome to bring your dog to
The Chequers Pub in Pampisford, Cambridgeshire.
There is a beer garden with tables if you prefer to have
a meal with your dog outside,or if your dog is ashamed of you.
Resident Collie ‘Snoopy’ is a friendly dog and well behaved.
Good dogs are usually allowed inside.
Any dog misbehaving risks being ‘barred out’ for a length of time determined by the landlords, Maureen and Ivan.
This old hand water pump outside The Chequers Pub, Cambridgeshire, should not be used by canine visitors for toileting!
There are tables in the beer garden where dogs can bring their human pets to be fed and watered, depending on the weather.

Although this is a dog friendly pub, customers will appreciate
that this is for well behaved dogs, and that admission
maybe refused to any canine customer who does not act
courteously to fellow patrons
